Option Brains Capital Pvt. Ltd. provides research-based algorithmic strategies, tools, and signals.
The client may connect these strategies to Cirrus using broker integration features offered by Cirrus.
The client has full and complete control over auto-trade functions.
The client may start, stop, pause, disable, or exit any position, strategy, or automation at any moment through their Cirrus platform or broker terminal.
Option Brains Capital Pvt. Ltd. never auto-executes trades and has zero access to the execution system.
Cirrus is an exchange-approved, broker-compliant, and SEBI-compliant execution technology platform.
All order routing, RMS systems, API-based execution, and broker integration operations are managed entirely by Cirrus and/or the client’s broker.
Any technical delay, execution error, integration issue, or slippage remains solely between the client and Cirrus/broker, not Option Brains Capital Pvt. Ltd.
All trading decisions and positions are 100% controlled by the client.
Strategies provided by Option Brains Capital Pvt. Ltd. are research tools only, not mandates.
The client must monitor trades and can modify or exit at any time.
Any enabling of auto-trade via Cirrus or broker-integrated APIs is at the client’s sole discretion.
Option Brains Capital Pvt. Ltd. only provides research signals and strategy insights.
Option Brains Capital Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for:
Losses from trades executed via Cirrus or brokers
API/broker integration errors
Platform issues, delays, or technical failures
Auto-trade malfunction, slippage, or misconfiguration
User errors or misinterpretation of strategies
All trading is done entirely at the client’s own risk.
